Andrew Fraser
Principal
Andrew is registered as a Chartered Accountant in both South Africa and the United Kingdom. Having gained his C.A.(S.A.) qualification in early 1984, he built an accounting practice dedicated to SMEs and their owner/managers. He still runs and manages that practice but moved to the UK in June 2020 with the goal of repeating that success and extend his cross border tax and business advisory skills.
With a natural ability to simplify very complex concepts he can translate tax and business laws and jargin into workable and understandable solutions tailored to each of his clients’ individual needs.
Andrew has a deep love for family and spends as much time as he can with them. They are now spread across 3 continents so travel is a high priority on his non-working agenda. The world’s move to a virutal and very digital environment means he can focus on his clients needs and still spend quality time with those he loves the most.
He has a deep sense of community and has spent most of his free time developing people in both his local church and wider community being a trustee on several school boards and other charitable institutions
Donna van Leeuwen
Practice Manager
Donna is a very well experienced business administrator and is currently studying a CIS with the goal of becoming a company secretary.
Donna manages the back office of our business and ensures we don't drop any passes. Her bubbly character coupled with her firm, no-nonsense approach to managing our business keeps us all compliant and focused on doing what we each do best - serving our clients!
Donna also has specilised knowledge of SARS processes especially Tax Emigration, AIT and Pension PAYE refunds for expats
Jen Spellman
Senior Accountant
Jen is a Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant and became a member of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants in 2016, while she trained with Adbell International Ltd in the City of London. During her time there she specialised in SMEs with a particular focus on VAT.
After qualifying she joined Art Newspaper as Financial Manager. Whilst there she brought in house all their accounting process, including payroll, modernised their accounting system and successfully established fully functional accounting departments in New York and London.
A few years later, Jen joined a family business where she gained experience of the property industry. She was fully responsible for all admin, accounting and reporting, and updated their policies and procedures to deal with Anti-Money Laundering compliance.
When she’s not working, Jen enjoys the outdoors, travelling and visiting Art Fairs and exhibitions. She also loves to watch Broadway shows, but her favourite pastime is to support her daughter’s many extra-mural activities.

Freddie van Leeuwen
Senior GDPR consultant
Freddie started his working life in the IT world eventually becoming communications manager for a large private company with large geographic reach. Whilst there he was increasingly involved in data protection issues and eventually became a Certified Data Protection Officer.
He is a passionate advocate for data privacy, specializing in helping businesses navigate the complex landscape of EU and UK GDPR and the South African POPIA.
He has assisted numerous organizations around the world in achieving robust compliance through impact assessments, policy development and employee training.
